Upward Leaf Curl

Howdy all, got some issues going on with some plants, I initially thought it might be caused by a pest of some sort, but I am unable to find any on the affected plants, I did some google searching and cant seem to find an answer, so Im kinda stumped at the moment, so if anyone has an idea on what would cause this upward leaf on what was a healthy plant last week let me know.
and also got a plant with some yellow brown spots but Im not too concerned about that cause Ive seen that come and go before.

Had the same issue with my buhts this year, they were too wet and not enough sun. Repotted with different mix and the weather changed and they look great now

Having the same problems with my jals and bells. It clears up after it gets more water and sun.
