pests Virus/pest advice. Do I need to burn everything

This is only my second year growing chillies and this year's crop seems to be suffering.
I germinated these seeds first week of march in the UK and they appear to have caught a cold / virus.
Can someone identify this for me and advise what to do.
My tomatoes also appear to be suffering from a mosaic virus.

That is not a virus. It looks like your seedlings are burning in the sun. Harden them off slower.
