I'm low on funds right now, and need to get some seeds started! I just need 3-5 seeds of any Bhut/Naga chile & any kind of Trinidad Scorpion.

yellow scotch bonnet
lemon drop
jaloro
jalapeno m
gold bullet

I can hook you up with bhut jolokia. I think I have some scorpions too. I have lots of yellow 7 seed if you want that too. PM me your snail mail and I'll send 'em your way.
What kind of tomato seed do you have to trade?
 
I think tonly has everything I need. I haven't grown any of the bhut, scorps, or 7-pots before, so I'm gonna give 'em a try this season. I'll let you know if he doesn't have one of 'em available. The Meridian Speedway is definitely still open. They do lots of stuff there. I can hear the cars in the evening when the weather is nice.
