I bought one of the Bug Blaster nozzles.
I installed it on a 30 inch wand that has a 45° bend at the end.
I found that it sprays quite well, a little too well, getting me nearly as wet as anyhing else.
I decided I needed a longer wand with no bend on the end.
I found a couple, but they were a little pricey, so I made my own:

1 @ 5ft. 1/2 inch copper - $6.98
1 @ copper 1/2 cup to 3/4 MPT fitting - $1.13
1 @ copper 1/2 cup to 3/4 FPT fitting - $1.43
1 @ brass 3/4 MPT to MGHT adapter - $6.97
1 @ brass 3/4 FPT to FGHT adapter - $4.54
1 @ brass shut-off valve - $5.98
I already had propane torch, flux, silver solder, teflon tape.
Ten minutes of assembly.
