Weird Leaf happenings

I have a Red Heirloom Bell that has very big leaves that are turning over, just twisting and an Alma Paprika that looks like it has jagged edges to the leafs and appear "boney" they are in 3 Gal pots till I transfer them into the ground. So I would like to correct them somehow. HAs anyone ever experienced this?
Also, I have one Biker Billy Jap that the leaves just look dry all time I dont have pics I will try and get some tonight --
 
I had a Chile De Arbol that was growing upside down even through the plant was right side up (I think the thread's here somwehere...ah here it is). It turned out that it didn't like the amount of sun it was getting. Once I moved it into a partial shade area it corrected itself.
 
Thats weird it started doing it under the flouro's -- I'll try moving it to a shadier area I may even keep it in a pot then. These are much larger leaves about the size of a childs hand -- I thought like you did that it was a nutrient deficiency
