health what are the spots on my bhut jolokia?

a couple weeks ago a pattern of brown spots started forming in a perfect pattern around the edges of my bhut jolokias lower leaves. no one knows anything and i'm getting desperate


any help would be greatly appreciated

It looks to me like too much fertilizer has been used causing the leaf burn.
