I'm still learning what I like and don't like about different hot sauces. When you try a new sauce, what do you look for in deciding if you like it or not?
 
It depends, sometimes for flavour, so I can use it on alot of things, with medium heat. Other times just for the heat, so I can add it to chili, salsa, or some cheap stuff BBQ sauce to add some heat to it.
