Different brand but very effective. An entire plant is many weeks lethal for small insects.

I see that the photo is low number Karpasruuti's answer is correct and you eliminate the insects, if it is small number of insects and you have time take tem out by hand or put something softer a little soap or vinegar mix unless i'm overwhelmed with insects a don't use and for peppers still 0 uses.
Ps: 0 uses of vinagre and soap mix to :) i don't have much time but rarely have some in my peppers.
