I have no idea but maybe y'all can help I.D. this pepper. I started from seed back in Feb, a slow growing plant but really took off when we got cooler weather.

Most peppers can be frozen, I dry mine in a dehydrator, you can do a simple touch and taste with out eating it, to tell if it is hot or sweet, sorry to hear about you health problems, Make sure you are cleared about eating anything spicy after you get healed up.
Okay I went ahead and split one ,not many seeds in the pod,
They have a fruity smell similar to a Habanero , oh yeah and they are hot !

12 days since surgery and I picked a few of the ripe ones.
I think there will be enough on hand for a small batch of jelly .

Hmmmm Bhut cross maybe Naga, is the heat hotter than a habanero? With all the possible crosses it is interesting.
