What do you do with all your extra peppers

I'm on a growing kick so far and wonder what you all do with your extra peppers. I think I could provide for a small town by now.

But just search preserveing....

Most of use just dry them or throw them into jars with alittle vinger and salt.

You can spice up any alcohol, but I like vodka

I've done it with gin before. It becomes pretty intense when you infuse juniper 'juice' with caribbean red habs.

In addition to what the others say, I give them away to friends and family.

Some ask "Are they hot?" and I say "Like a Jalapeno!" with an evil grin, of course I dont grow anything less hot than the Orange Habanero

I feed them and then feed on them.
Anyhow, don't have extras... don't have enough! cook with, grill, roast, dry, pickle, candy, powder and endless other uses, but mainly for seeds.
