favorite What is your favorite pepper species ?

Last year was my first year growing peppers. Prior to that my favorite species would of been annuums. Last year no doubt chinese as I was in pursuit of manly heat  . This year I would have to say my favorite species are the baccatums. Probably 75% of next years grow will be the baccatum species. Overall I like there flavor, heat level and ease of growing them. What is your favorite and why and has yours changed like mine has over a period of time.

 I too love bacc's and they grow great in my hot humid conditions

Baccatum species all the way, easy to grow and produces plenty of chilis in my country's crappy weather.

Annuums, they never bore me and they fit any kind of cooking so nicely.
Frutescens may also be fine but generally lack some flavor. Baccatums and chinenses can easily overpower any dish imho... When i need that extra kick nagas/bhuts are my choice.
