What to do with Frontier Cayenne Powder?

About a year ago I bought some bulk cayenne from Frontier Co-op. 
 
It is not particularly good.  Compared to the artisan powders available at THP, it is downright dreadful. 
 
I've been searching on ways to use this stuff up, but thought to solicit suggestions as well. 
 
Seems folks here are just as likely to be using it as a deterrent in the garden as they are to be eating the stuff! 
 
Not sure what to do and the foil bags are just sitting there...taunting me...
 
So, what would you do with three pounds of cayenne powder?

Since in not so many words the stuff sux you say… id definitely make a pepper spray to blast the garden critters with it.

I just sprinkle it directly on the plants and ground around the plants.  It deters the critters until it rains, then you have to reapply.

when i need extra mouse repellent, i use the cheapest cayenne powder i can find and sprinkle it in my garden. especially around my strawberries as the mice just love to nibble them.
 
or you can just take a deep breath and toss it in your composter ...... assuming you have one.

Donate it to a church, soup kitchen, or fire hall, then chalk it up as a lesson learned.

maybe use it to cut some superhot powder? I have some bhut powder that is cut with hatch chilis. its pure (well, cut) awesomeness!!!

Use it in the garden as insect repellent.
