What type of Orange, Cone-Shaped pepper is this?

I found this on the internet, and the page labeled it as "Aji Dulce"... but looks like it would be spicy to me!

The shape is close to that of Biquinho Iracema, but not exactly like those I grew. Biquinho is small, 1 inch or so long, and has no heat. I thought it came from Brazil, but may have that wrong.

there are quite a few aji dulces depending on where they originated it seems.
 
i think we call that shape teardrop.
 
beni market has the same shape but looks a lil different.

Could be sweet. It looks very close to Chupetinho, but Chupetinho is not sweet.
 
There are different Chinenses aji dulce from Venezuela, but don't remember any with this shape.
