WHAT UP WITH MY MORUGA?

As you can see both seeds were planted with in a few days of each other but the moruga is a little slow moving? As with the Yellow Brain Strain all is well Any thoughts?

Yeh maybe more light but both are in the same conditions plus I tried to grow one about a month back with the same results I wonder if it's the pepper I got the seeds from or if its just a strain that's what it does anybody grown moruga's and have the same issue
