This is what I am having. A baked yelloweye fillet covered in black pepper, garlic powder, and some Beebomb from Pex. It didn't suck!

Thanks. I also basted it with a mix of melted butter and honey. I like to do the same thing with salmon on the grill with some apple or cherry chips on the coals.
