whats going on?

First Im in phx 113today so just keeping them fed/watered till it cools off but my leaves have turned yellow?

Chile peppers are related to tomatoes, so the symptoms are pretty much the same.

Reg potting soil and a layer of garden mulch on top bat guano,azmite,grow more 20-20-20 deluded down to around 10-10-10 ish? More less than ish?

I'm guessing the soil isn't draining well enough and would reduce watering, though you may still lose a bunch of leaves.
