seeds Whats is wrong with my seedlings?

So I put my seedlings in my hydro system and this morning I noticed some dark spots on the leafs. Any idea what it could be? I did add some nutrients but its at 1/4 strength so ppm is around 365. I have 4 24" T5 lamps over them.
