My only tomato plant , which has already gave me a few treats is starting to get funky looking leaves. Any thoughts ?

Yikes, that looks like Curly Top to me, a virus. You'll get unaffected fruit, but don't compost those leaves when you yank the plant. Good thing you've only got one plant. If you had other plants growing near it, I would advise you to yank it, but since you only have the one, you should be ok. Don't plant in the same spot next year.
