Whats up with this tomato?

I can't tell what's going on here, I thought it was mildew but it's not powdery, the undersides of the leafs are purple. It appeared in a day but the plant is still growing and shooting out new leafs. I assume it's some sort of nutrient issue but how do I treat it? None of the other plants show anything like this, they are bottomed watered daily with a light mist up top every other day, I haven't added and sort of hydro solution or plant food, just straight water. Thoughts?

It could be a random genetic mutation. What the status of the plant now? I’ve had something similar happen with peppers

What variety is it? A sauce tomato I always grow, Pozzano, always does the same thing when small, despite being dosed with Cal-Mag, but always shakes off as it matures.
