health What's wrong with this plant?

I've got a couple superhots that look like this one, any suggestions as to what may be wrong?

Scroll down to download a PDF - it has pictures. I am thinking either fungal (such as frog eye) or bacterial. Hopefully fungal - a good fungicide will take care of that.

Earwigs feed in a similar manner to some of the damage pictured. Looks to be a bit of calcium deficiency as well.

Thanks for the replies, I'm treating them with a fungicide and epsom salts, they look a little better now.
