hot-sauce What's your everyday hot sauce?

The only traditional hot sauce I use anymore is capsaicin enhanced Crystal. All I use it on is things like rice and beans, gumbo and beef stew.
Crystal is my go table sauce. I keep 30-40 bottles open at a time though as i’m exploring and tasting new things constantly; variety is exciting for me.

Here’s my current enhanced Crystal…20 drops of 13 Million Pure Evil. 20 drops is pretty intense, I might go 15 next time

I really enjoy the Bravado Spice Co's Black Garlic Reaper and my homemade copy of it.

Second is my Drunken Banana Scotch Bonnet sauce:

1 ripe banana sliced length wise
2 shots of your favorite rum
1 cup of blended scotch bonnets (however many it takes to fill a cup of mash)
1-3 cloves of garlic to taste
1/4 Vidalia onion
salt, sugar, water, and cilantro to taste / consistency

Slice your banana and put it in a ziplock with the rum overnight in the fridge. Then just toss everything else into the blender the next morning and blitz until your desired consistency.

Third to that is Heartbeat Habanero.

This sounds awesome. I’ve been wondering how chiles would work in banana smoothie, this seems like a much better way to engage with a spicy banana.
