favorite What's your favorite Louisiana-Style hot sauce?

I recently had tabasco again, after not having had any for literally decades. Didn't care for it. I would try some of the others suggested, but between Secret Satan and the Hot Sauce Festival, I already have more than I need! (I don't think I use sauce as much as most of you)

When I was in the Military, Texas Petes and Tabasco were found in most mess halls along with Crystal. I like Tabasco as one of the originals but Crystal is my favorite.

I've been getting a big ass bottle of Trappey's Red Devil for mad cheap and it's good as well. Best part about LA-style is how cheap they are!

I highly suggest this was well. Not made with Carolina Reaper, but Carolina Cayenne.

Carolina Red

This is currently our second hottest sauce. It has that classic, tangy yet balanced Cayenne flavor but with some high high heat that creeps in without robbing you of your taste buds. This may be hottest pure cayenne sauce on the market today. Spice Level: 7/10 5oz
