seeds-germination When is the best time to put my seedlings in larger containers

I have been germinating them since Jan 5th in a mini greenhouse in coconut pellets on a heated mat, but not sure when to put them in 300ml containers. image. I also took the cover off today, so they get better ventilation, is it too early to start a fan in the room?
 
You can go ahead and put the seedlings in bigger containers. There is not a 'too soon' date for bigger containers really. You can also start the fan, but on a very low setting, you don't want a hurricane on those tiny little plants, they will adapt to having some air movement and develop stronger stems.

The ladies have right.
Keep in mind, after any transplant there will be a shorter or longer stagnation. because of moving shock, and also the plants tend to focus on root grow, before starting the external grow.
