lighting When to raise the lights a lil?

When dou you guys think is a good time to raise the lights and let the plant get a lil taller? My lights are still fairly low keeping the height down on the plants but they are doing fantastic!! Real nice thick main stems have formed and plenty of leaves. Here is a Bhut Jolokia (sprouted on 2-16-09 so its just over a month old)

Looks like you're using fluorescent tubes?
I keep the lights as close as possible to the plants, even slightly touching.

yes I am useing fluorescent tube grow lights. So keep the light where it is for now?
also for how much longer ?

When the plants start to touch the light, I move the lights 1/2 an inch higher.

I agree with DDF, keep the plants right up against the lights until you put them outside. Just raise them as needed.

I've actually had my plants grow 1/2" over a weekend so I like to keep them about 1-2" above. Either way, yours look great!
