My 7-pot Jonahs and red habs/ congo trinidads (not quite sure which they are) are popping up quickly now and I'm wondering exactly how long to leave them in the heated greenhouse before planting them in small pots individually...

if you are not using a lid ot cause green house effect you can leave them in till they have a couple sets of leaves and roots have filled in the square. if you are using a lid you will want to pull them out once they pop. i use solo cups and do once seed/cup as i am not growing that many plants, so that once they sprout they are in their home till they outgrow the solo cup!

it is best to do so before they get there third set of leaves and /or root bound

they usually come out very easily at that point, but it also depends upon the size of the container the plants are in
