When to remove the humidity dome???

So I have the first successes of 2016 germination!!! I have 2 red Scotch Bonnet seeds that have broken through the soil in the last 12-24 hours. I am using plastic bags over the red cups to keep in humidity. I know that at some point I need to take the bag off, but I'm not sure when that is. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Make sure you have adequate air movement once you take it off. It will help keep the seedlings from damping off  (rotting at soil to air interface due to saturation). A low speed fan is plenty enough.... plus it helps the stems/stalks build their muscles and toughen up
