When to transplant?

These are my two best performers, should they be moved to larger pots? It is finally getting warm here hoping to place outside. I have moved them out for a few hours at a time trying to catch some natural light and get them used to the outdoors.

I dont think the root base is substantial enough to hold everything together while being transferred . I would wait til the plants double in size in size. Mix in some mykos with every transplanting, the stuff is amazing!

I transplanted mine with into outside pots/buckets with about 4-5 sets of true leaves.  But ditto on the Mycorrhizea, seems to have helped a lot in my plants compared to friend who grew a plant out of my same seeds.
