Where are all the peppers?

I have beautiful plants but few peppers. Any idea why? It’s been a very hot summer. I water when they start to wilt a bit. There’s blossoms and bees buzzing. There’s also a lot of blossoms dropping. Is it the seeds? I bought from white hot peppers. Here’s a pic from June 27 and August 19. Also a reaper I over wintered. It’s got many peppers . I have no idea what the varieties of peppers are since the plant markers faded early on. These are seeds I bought.
