Where did Reviews of seed vendors go?

Where did The forum that had comments and reviews of seed vendors go? I think it used to be called vendor vault, but my search only turns up a bunch of broken links.

I also struggle to find them now.. Having to search by vendor name. It really should have it's own thread. I'm not sure how to pull a search based on just the tags, but most of them have the 'vendor' tag on them.
