Who sells hot wing sauce by the gallon?

I have been working with a restaurant owner who used some of my pepper powder to enhance the hot wing sauce he was already having made by someone. This person has stopped making the sauce. I'm trying to help him out a bit. Who sells hot wing sauce by the gallon, and can ship to Florida? He goes through about a gallon a month for this one type of sauce. Thanks
