Why are my chillies dieing?

So im living in ireland, which im assuming firstly is asking a lot to grow chillies. Anyway, i planted them and they grew, everything was going grand. than i put them outside and trouble started. i didnt put them into our soil in the garden, i just had them in big pots in a mini greenhouse. But they stopped growing, no signs of disease or anything and than they started to wither. I have 2 left, here they are.
one of them is definatly showing disease, the other, im not sure.

well i water when they were just drying, a little bit. i think the watering was fine, in the picture they were soaked by rain.

there could have been a drastic change in tempature, i wasnt really keeping track, but few weeks ago we had hot days and cold nights. that could be it, but tempature has definatly leveled out a lot now. will they survive?
See they stopped growing as well way before that, all of the plants did.
 
Did you check for aphids or spider mites? Check under the leaves and if you see any of the little shits, spray them with dish liquid and water. It could also be a calcium/magnesium deficiency.

How often are you fertilizing/watering, what are the temps in Ireland, how much light are they getting?

yeah there aint no spiders or aphids.
tempatures are low :( its averaging around 10 during the day and recently theres not enough sunlight.
But still, back in around may there was heatwave that lasted for a week and even with that the chilies didnt grow, and they were roasting up in there greenhouse.
I only started using ferillizer recently, and i dont use it much because they dont seem to be soaking up what i put in to them anymore.

They dont look like the're dying to me. Maybe a little weathered maybe. They always get a little roughed up when you get them outside with the climate change.Lower temperatures will slow them down. Inside there really isnt any stress on the plant and the temps dont fluctuate like outside. I wouldnt worry about it. They will probably start taking off when the weather gets warmer in Ireland.
