Why are peppers suddenly pale on one plant?

Crappy pics but you get the point. One plant is suddenly producing very pale orange habs whereas the other is normal... Nutrient deficiency? Other ideas?

A better picture would be helpful. It could just be genetics

Was it producing different color pods before it started putting out pale pods? How many pale pods are on the plant?
