Why do some of my Red 7 pots look like Reapers?

The source that i obtained my original Red 7 from last year also grew reapers. They sent me a mixed box of chilies with some label's, however the during transport everything got mixed up. I was told they might put a reaper in the mix if they where ready at the time of harvesting.

There was only one pimply pepper in the mix and it just had brainstrain written on it, it was just a round pimply pod with no stingers... this is the pod i saved the seeds from.

I know that pods and their appearance can vary, even on the same plant... But with at least half of of my red-7's on both plants having some sort of stinger, i can't help wonder if either i have a cross or even a reaper itself.

those tails are too big to be reapers or primos looks more like butch t

But are they not to pimply.. Perhaps i'm wrong, but my understanding is the Butch T is just a variant of a regular T-Scorpion?

There where Butch T's in the mix, yes, but they where much smaller... smaller then the T-Scorpions i purchased elsewhere.

Growing on the same plant's are pods looking like this one...
