It is Friday so as always that means it is time for another sauce review ... This week thanks to Wild Willie from the US we have a double header for you guys ...

Part 1 - Wild Willies Mean Green Serrano sauce 

The milder of the two sauces Willie sent us ... This one still had a little bit of heat and a unique flavour I've never tasted before ... Pretty damn good ... I tried it with chicken stirfry last night and it was amazing ...
