Just like the Serrano sauce this had a really interesting flavour that goes great when added to food - I've had it on bacon & eggs, steak and even as a dipping sauce mixed with mayonnaise ...
That being said this is bloody hot ... Possibly the hottest natural sauce I've had so far ...
And we were issued with a challenge by Willie himself to down a full shot of the sauce ... So we did ...
