overwintering Winter Pods. What To Do With Them?

I'm getting a few of these little baby buttons still popping up on my habanero plant. Usually only a small handful at a time ripen. I don't think they're enough to really do anything with. I ate a couple of them, and they've got a little kick for such tiny little pods. Any ideas on what to do with these? What do you guys do with your itty-bitty peppers?

That's pretty much what I've been doing, but was curious about stretching them out and using them for something. I guess I could always chop em up and use em to season

Why do indoor plants produce such small fruit? My overwintered Habenero's chiles looked like those.

I think that's just the winter pods. I had that plant outside from March when I first planted the seed all the way through the winter. I may have brought it inside for two weeks total during the coldest time. The summer pods were nice, normal habs
