seeds woops, too early, seed start

ok so here is the deal, i was going to start my supers this week and did 2 days ago. Unfortunatly i will be traveling for 2.5 to 3 weeks (not by choice) so i will have to put off starting until probably the 1st of Feb. So the point is i have the seeds in the paper towels, they have been there for 2 days now, i was thinking of just taking them out of the bags spreading the paper towels out and letting them dry again until Feb. Does anyone see any potential problems with this plan?

going by the germination times mine have taken yours could still be sitting there in the paper towel doing nothing when you get back

i thought about that, but i just have no way of checking on them over the weeks i will be away

try sowing them without bottom heat. they'll take 2-3 weeks to germinate that way. just be sure to leave enough water to keep the mix moist until you're back.
