do a search on compost tea here or try you tube there are about 20 videos there..

2 ounces of ewc's per gallon
1 tsp. unsulphured black strap molasses per gallon
 
or you could simply make a earthworm casting slurry...2 ounces of castings per gallon & shake the shit out of it every few hours a day before using is how I do it.
