Worried about Bhut Jolokia Growth

I've been growing this Bhut Jolokia for 3 months, been a very slow process. But over the past month it's just stopped growing. I don't know if I have to prune it or something but it's not producing pods it just stopped growing. I'm worried because Bhut jolokias are one of my favourite chillies and I do not want it to be a little healthy plant that doesn't grow for the rest of its life.

What, when and how many times have you fed it?

Water it every 7-9 days, fertalised it twice 3 weeks apart

looks like you transplanted it to a decent sized pot... it could just be growing roots very slowly. It's very common to hit a stall around this time.

I recently put them into those pots. Before the pots were 3 inches X 3 inches. They have been in big ones for about a week

Hang in there, bro.  I had similar slow growth when I transplanted my seedlings.  Maybe fertilize once a week?
