wanted WTB: Pecan Smoked Pepper Powders

I love the way pecan smoked powders taste and really looking for a 7 pot burgundy powder, but wanting to see what else is out there thats been pecan smoked!
 
 You should hit up Brian aka  Kneppers Peppers or Justin aka  jcw10tc  both guys have sent me some tasty pecan smoked powders and I am sure they would sell you some if they have xtra .  . 
 
I'm amazed more Texans are not responding to this. When I was there it was the most common tree in our yards.

I don't have enough peppers yet to offer anything.  I do have some hickory smoked chocolate habs from last year that I powdered and its my go to spice on everything from shrimp fettuccine to burgers.

I'm in Texas and I've got a cord of pecan that I've been smoking meat with all summer actually starting to prefer this over oak for brisket, ribs and Pork Butts.  I use my Bradley for peppers and normally let the pepper dictate the wood, this is a small smoker and would be great for an apt if you have a balcony or patio.  It doesn't really ever start an open fire so code shouldn't prevent it. Currently have Pecan, Hickory, apple, peach, alder, mesquite and maple. Chocolate Brains over Hickory for a smoked choc brain ferment.

pepper people are the very best i've always said and makes me happy to be part of this community bcuz we all look out for eachother.
