I really hope they do, or there is something similar. Can anyone suggest a pepper with a similar flavor to the serrano, but YELLOW? That would be interesting. I would think maybe the Aji family?
Well, most Aji varieties are in Capsicum baccatum and would have a completely different flavor than a serrano (C. annuum). There are plenty of yellow C. annuums out there that have a similar flavor and heat as a serrano.
