health Yellow spots with black dots

Hi,
 
I can see yellow spots with black dots on leaves of my chilli which is currently planted inside of my home due to cold outside weather. How could I get rid  of the spots ?

Does it look like the second or third image? Because if so, then you are f*cked unless you hurry and add use the reccommended treatments and trim all the branches.
