There's a bar that serves pulled pork here and I looked into the kitchen, they use commercial electric smokers. It's quite good. I don't have a lot of space, and still smoke on my grill/smoker, but am thinking of getting one to try out for convenience.

While I have done babybacks in the mini chief, it was over 100F that day which helped the mini along. I think it would not have quite enough poop under normal circumstances.

I have had this smoker for more then a few years and use it often it is cheap and does the job the downsides of this smoker is you cant cook food in the smoker unlike charcoal smokers and it is a little flimsy but gets the job done.
I have had whole turkeys - chicken - game hens - you name it and it works just fine.
If i had to buy a smoker again i would pay the extra bucks and get a charcoal smoker so that not only could i smoke the meat but completely cook it in the smoker.
