Thinking about making an ice cream with peppers. Any ideas what kind of peppers I should use. I don't know why but I am leaning towards a yellow or orange variety of something with a vanilla ice cream.

i think if you take some yellow with vanilla bean ice cream maybe fatalii or aji limon with the pineapple sundae stuff on top of the ice cream, and then some flower tortillas on the side fried dusted with cinnamon sugar as a scooping device would be really good

Someday I would like to try a vanilla ice-cream with Yellow Scotch Bonnet and cherries. Something real simple and easy!!
