If y'all are in the North Central TX area (Dallas/Ft Worth) be sure and come by the 2007 Zestfest at the Will Rogers Center. It's been going on 8 or 9 years now. More hot sauce than you can shake a stick at. I'll be there selling Chile Grills and stocking up on my favorite hot sauces.
