They dont look too healthy, the leaves are bubbly, thick, and turning a yellowish/brown color. i dont really see a problem. Good loking tobascos btw.
I had a plant that looked like that and got worse and worse and started dropping the yellowish leaves. It was apparently fert burn from using too much fert. I did a soil flush on the plant and the water came out yellowish brown. I flushed it several times until the water was clear and the plant recovered nicely. Now I only fert my plants every 4th watering instead of every watering.
