Yea, and the SalsaKid has a buddy over also (Bryce, who came to the NWCF last year).  The boys are on fire duty right now, so the Nutella is relatively safe. 
 
I am totally at a loss as to what this might be.  I would have thought something like cioppino like Scovie said, but the nutella and has me thinking maybe something Asian.
 
Change of plans- Last night I was going to use pear (as in my pear-garlic hot sauce), but something showed up in the mail today...

Martini Prawn Marinade
 
• 1/2 C. Dry Vermouth
• 1/4 C. Olive Oil
• 1/4 C. Chopped Onion
• 1/4 C. Lemon Juice
• 2 Tsp Chopped Fresh Parsley
• 1 Tbs White Wine
• Worchesterschire Sauce
• 2 Cloves minced Garlic
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp BP
• 21-25 Shrimps
 

 
Prawns Marinating and the Salmon is drying getting it's pellicle on. (You know, what happens to your eyeballs when a beautiful woman walks by).
 
The dog had his own agenda going.  He'd stolen one of the pieces of kindling and was contentedly chewing it to pieces.  :LOL:
 
Scovie, quit boning and get busy cooking!
