I posted before about how to make a Bacon Vodka, ok well you have to go look in the Hot Sauce threads for it

after it's set this is how I filter it.

First Run

Still a lot of sediment in there.

Second Run

A lot clearer now, if this was for drinking I'd do a 3rd and maybe a fourth run but this is going into a Hot Sauce so not really a need.

Actually I was thinking of one of the inside, thinner pieces or Romain would be perfect.
