fermenting My first fruit ferment

So this is my first ferment where I use fruit. I usually make fermented sauces without the fruit.
 
So here are the pics:
 
 
Here are the ingredients minus the sweet mini bells

Habanero types pepper (store bought)
Jalapenos
A 7 pot ( Mustard I believe )
Onion
Carrot
Sweet Mini Bell pepper
Garlic
Strawberries
Salt
Saved brine as a starter

Its ok bro. Ive learned to develop thick skin. I took no disrespect.

The japs get blended and put in the fridge for my other sauces. I use fermented jaos and fermented habs for those.

The strawberry will get just a little brown sugar and honey.

The one in the airlock. I don't know yet.
