Please consider the following before voting!

Mexi-Que! You must compose an entree with American BBQ and Mexican influences and ingredients combined, not straight American BBQ and Mexican as separate entrees on one plate. The fusion must be cohesive and evident.
Entree: You must present one plate for the entree, but may have up to two entrees on that plate
Sides: You are allowed two sides which may be on the plate or as side dishes. If choosing one it must be fusion. If choosing two, they may be fusion, or you may have one Mexican side and one American BBQ side. Rice and beans may be treated as one side.
Beverage: You are allowed one beverage or cocktail which needs to fit the theme of the meal. Up to you.

Now please vote for the best meal that followed the above!

48 hour poll!

It was a hard choice for me between Ozzy and JHP. Everyone had great entries, would love to have a small plate of all of them.

JHP won out with the slaw, looked like it would of tasted real good on a slider. That and my disdain for corn. Both dishes looked bomb diggity.

Wow it's down to which one made me the hungriest. Everyone did super but my mouth really wanted some JHP's food. I'm hungry at 1 am now. Waffle House trip or nothing! Good luck everyone!!

One dish had three sides. Only two permitted. I left the two which are obvious as to what they are (by appearance), and took out the description of the third side and one pic. Fair is fair, and it is not too evident what this side is in the overall pic, so all is good. This member will not be able to describe the third side until the contest is over.

This… with SnF and D3 joint 3rd for me.  Ozzy got the vote, in truth he had me at the chicken enchilada.  Add some ribs to that and it has to get a gong.  Congrats to all, thanks for making and sharing the great dishes that you got to eat!!

Thanks everyone, I will be making that slaw often now and I encourage you to make and try it! Such an epic twist and it adds the perfect texture to a dish!

I would have went Key too, but the veggies were cooked a little too long for me, I need that crunch contrast. I went Big B. Those things spoke to me. All were awesome entries though. My second choice was D3monic. Of course Joyner is awesome as always.

I keep losing what I am typing (user error lol).

Just to clarify, you were referring to the onions and garlic?
